No restrictions on gender, age, or physical fitness!! Anyone can take part!)
all participants will receive a certificate that they participated in this Grand event!!! The program will be rich and interesting:
1. Circular training using non-standard equipment (buckets and boards).
2. Choreography aimed at working out the muscles of the press.
3. Block interval training with elements of swimming.
Last year, not a single participant left the race, on the contrary, in the middle of the class, many people got a "second wind".
Let's repeat our success and move on to new heights!!!
